Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips
INGREDIENTS
  • 8-4oz boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 c skim milk
  • 1/4 c frozen egg substitute, thawed
  • 2/3 c fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c grated Parmesan
  • 1 t dried leaf basil
  • 3/4 t dried leaf thyme
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • 1/4 t pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400° . Cut chicken breasts into strips. Combine skim milk and frozen egg
  2. substitute, beating well. In separate bowl, combine toasted breadcrumbs, Parmesan
  3. cheese, basil, thyme, onion powder, and pepper. Dip each chicken strip in liquid mixture
  4. and dredge in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet coated in cooking spray and bake at
  5. 400° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Lots of protein from eggs, skim milk,
  6. cheese & Chicken... enjoy!!
