Baked Pineapple
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6-8
  • 1 can (16-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 6 slice bread; cubed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 quart casserole.
  2. Melt butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat.
  3. Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
