Baked Pinto Beans
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp rosemary
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. 2. Rinse and dry the pinto beans
  3. 3. Toss with 1 tbsp oil
  4. 4. Spread on baking sheet
  5. 5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary
  6. 6. Roast for 30-40 min
