Baked Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 to 2 lbs. Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 1/2 cups grated cheese - half Cheddar, half Monterey Jack
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1/4 lb. Butter, melted
  • 1 green onion finely chopped
  • Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together, bake in buttered 9 X 13 dish uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours
