Baked Potato Dip
  • 2 16 oz tubs of sour cream
  • 1 3 oz package of bacon bits or 12 pieces of bacon, fried and chopped
  • 1 16 oz package of shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 bunch of green onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Empty sour cream containers into a large bowl.
  2. Mix in the bacon bits, cheese and green onions then season with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate for at least two hours then serve with potato chips, potato wedges, vegetables, or as a topping for baked potatoes.
This is an insanely easy "recipe" I got from my sister-in-law and my mother.
