Baked Potato Skins

  • - 6 medium baking potatoes
  • - 4 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • - 2 cups shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS
  1. - Wash potatoes and scrub well. Prick several times with fork.
  2. - Wrap in foil, bake for 35 min.
  3. - Cut baked potatoes in half, and scoop out insides, leaving ½-inch thick shells.
  4. - Brush the potato shells inside and out with melted butter.
  5. - Wrap loosely in foil and with cut side up and place in fire
  6. - Cook 10-15 mins.
  7. - Fill loosely with cheese
  8. - Wrap loosely on foil and cook until cheese melts
  9. - Serve with sour cream, bacon bits, and chives if desired.
  10. Tips: Adult supervision on all and its healthy.
