Baked Prosciutto and Brie Crostini

- 1 loaf French Bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup apple butter
- 16 thin slices prosciutto
- 2 pears, medium ripeness, thinly sliced
- 1 small wheel Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut 16 slices from French bread on the diagonal, about 1/2" thick. Lightly brush with olive oil on both sides and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Toast in oven about 4-5 minutes, flipping the slices about half-way through.
- Spread 1 tbsp apple butter onto each slice. Place 1 slice prosciutto, then 2-3 slices of pear on each slice. Top with 2 pieces of Brie cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake approximately 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve.
