Baked Ravioli Bites
  • 9 oz Ravioli Of Choice, Cook To Package
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 cup Italian Dry Bread Crumbs
  • Olive Oil Spray or Spray Butter
  • Pesto Or Marinara Sauce
  1. *Preheat broiler and grease baking sheet
  2. *Dip cooked ravioli into beaten eggs, coating both sides; then into bread crumbs, coating both sides
  3. *Place on prepared baking sheet; lightly spray top of ravioli
  4. *Broil 1-2 minutes, or until edges begin to brown; turn over and spray additional spray and broil other side
  5. *Top each ravioli with 1 tsp pesto and assorted toppings, if desired, or serve with Marinara Sauce

  7. *You can add assorted toppings such as cherry tomatoes, cut in half and tossed with olive oil and basil; black or green olives; fresh mozzarella balls, cut in half; finely diced yellow & red bell peppers; or marinated artichoke hearts
