Baked Seafood Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces crabmeat
- 1 lb. fresh cooked shrimp
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 can pimientos, diced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
- 1 cup mayo (preferably DUKE'S)
- 2.5 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 cup wild rice
- Dry Bread Crumbs
DIRECTIONS
- 12 ounces crabmeat

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 cup wild rice
- Dry Bread Crumbs
- Mix first 7 ingredients. Mix together remaing ingredients except bread crumbs. Blend the mixtures together. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Spinkle top with bread crumbs. Place in a 375 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes. 8 to 10 servings.
