Baked Spaghetti
  • 2 jars of your favorite sauce
  • 1 box of angel hair pasta, cooked
  • 2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 stevia packet or 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian spices
  • Y* tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Couple dashes of garlic power
  • Couple dashed of onion powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Bring sauce to a simmer. Add all spices and whole garlic. Let simmer on low for 2-4 hours.
  2. Remove whole garlic and bay leaf. Preheat oven to 375. Mix cooked pasta into the sauce until
  3. mixed well. Put half of pasta mixture into a 9x13 glass dish, 1 cup of cheese on top. Layer the
  4. rest of the pasta, top with remaining cheese. Pour whole can of evaporated milk on top, making
  5. sure it gets down in between the pasta. Cover with foil. Cook for 25 minutes, or until spaghetti
  6. is firm. Let cool for 10 minutes, cut into squares and serve
