Baked Sweet and Sour Brussel Sprouts

  • 10‐oz pkg frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. 2 Precook sprouts in microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Combine remaining ingredients (except parmesan cheese).
  4. 4 Put sprouts in 1½ qt baking dish, pour over mixture, and blend.
  5. 5 Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese; bake covered for 15 minutes or so.
