Baked Tilapia

  • 4 tilapia filets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 garlic salt/powder
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 pkg frozen veggies
  • Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Season tilapia with old bay, garlic salt/powder and pinch of kosher salt.
  3. Spread olive oil in glass dish. Place tilapia in dish and dot with butter. Slice lemon and arrange around fish with frozen veggies.
  4. Cover and bake 25-30 min.
