Baked Tilapia
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 25-30
- Servings: 4
- 4 tilapia filets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/4 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1/2 garlic salt/powder
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 pkg frozen veggies
- Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Season tilapia with old bay, garlic salt/powder and pinch of kosher salt.
- Spread olive oil in glass dish. Place tilapia in dish and dot with butter. Slice lemon and arrange around fish with frozen veggies.
- Cover and bake 25-30 min.
