Baked fish in Herbs

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. any white fish fillets (I like Talapia)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp each: parsley, chives, rosemary
  • garlic-if desired
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour oil in shallow baking dish.
  2. Place fillets in dish.
  3. Cut lemon in 1/2, squeeze about 1 tsp. juice over fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs.
  5. Slice remaining lemon 1/2 into thin slices and arrange on top of fillets.
  6. Bake at 450 for about 12 min.
