Baklava Lemon Honey Syrup

  • 1 1/2 cups Orange blossom Honey
  • 1/2 cup Rosewater
  • 3/4 Cup Orange Blossom Water
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour all ingredients into a large sauce pan (honey foams when boiling)
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes until reduced to about 2 3/4 cups of liquid.
