Balsamic Chicken

  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons of White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes on each side in the refrigerator
  3. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes a side or until cooked through
  4. Lower heat and pour in the marinade and simmer chicken for 5 minutes per side
