Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- -preheat oven to 375 degrees
- -rinse pork under cool water
- -trim fat and season with salt & pepper
- -heat skiller over med-high heat
- -sear pork on all sides & set aside
- -add vinegar, reduce heat to medium & and stir in brown sugar.
- mix well until vinegar thickens into glaze.
- -return pork to skillet & spoon glaze over pork
- -place pork in roasting pan and roast for 20 min.
- -let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- drizzle remaining glaze & juices from pan over pork
