Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. -preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. -rinse pork under cool water
  3. -trim fat and season with salt & pepper
  4. -heat skiller over med-high heat
  5. -sear pork on all sides & set aside
  6. -add vinegar, reduce heat to medium & and stir in brown sugar.
  7. mix well until vinegar thickens into glaze.
  8. -return pork to skillet & spoon glaze over pork
  9. -place pork in roasting pan and roast for 20 min.
  10. -let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  11. drizzle remaining glaze & juices from pan over pork
