Balsamic Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 8 to 11
- 4 thin cut, boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a pan with non stick spray.
- Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.
- Cook 4 min on each side or until done.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Remove pork chops from the pan and set aside.
- Pour the vinegar and honey mixture in the pan and whisk to combine the pork chop drippings with the sauce.
- Let simmer a couple minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the pork chops back to the pan.
- Spoon the sauce over the chops when serving.
