  • 1/4 fresh/frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 yogurt any flavour I prefer strawberry
  • *for something a bit different, pre peel and put your bananas in the freezer first.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients and blend till smooth.
