Banana Cashew Smoothie

  • 1/4cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 1cup ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1tablespoon pure maple syrup

  2. Place ½ cup water and the cashews in a blender.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until the cashews have softened, at least 6 hours (and up to overnight).
  4. Add the ice, banana, and maple syrup.
  5. Blend until smooth and frothy.
