Banana Crumb Muffins
INGREDIENTS
  • Muffins:
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Bananas, Ripe & Mashed
  • 3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Butter, Melted
  • Topping:
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Oven Temperature: 375°F
  2. *Preheat oven to 375 degrees; lightly grease muffin pan or use paper liners
  3. *Beat bananas, sugars, egg, and melted butter; stir the banana mixture with the dry ingredients until just moistened
  4. *Spoon into muffin cups
  5. *In small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture is like coarse cornmeal; sprinkle topping over muffins
  6. *Bake 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted is not gooey
