Banana Crunch Pie

  • For The Crust:
  • 2/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • For The Filling:
  • 4 oz. package of vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large pan, melt margarine over low heat. Add flour, nuts, and sugar and stir until golden brown. Let mixture cool slightly, then press into the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, substituting sour cream for milk.
  3. Fold marshmallows.
  4. Line the crust with sliced bananas and cover with filling.
  5. Chill for 1 1/2 hours and serve.
