Banana Ice Cream

  • 4 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup creamed honey
  1. Slice the bananas into pieces and freeze for at least 3 hours. When ready to make the ice cream, remove the bananas from the freezer and let sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  2. Add the frozen bananas to the blender and blend until smooth. This will require constant mixing in between short spurts of blending. Then add almond butter and creamed honey and blend some more.
  3. When finished, pour into a container and freeze. After 2 hours, it will be ready to enjoy as a frozen treat.
Delicious ice cream without the cream!
