Banana Jack Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 1 Banana (best when ripe)
  • 1 cups Ice
  • 1 cup of Classy Hippie Banana Jack iced Tea
  • 1/4 dry oatmeal
  • 8 Almonds
  1. Put almonds, oatmeal, and ice in blender first. Add rest of the ingredients and blend into a smoothie. If too thick, I add a splash spring water or more Classy Hippie Banana Jack Iced tea.
