Banana Mallow Pudding

  • 1-3 oz pkg regular vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cups milk, divided
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • 1-12 oz container whipped topping, divided
  • 1-12 oz pkg vanilla wafers
  • 5 bananas, sliced
  • 1-3 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • crushed vanilla wafers
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix 2 cups milk with regular pudding mix on medium heat until boiling, stirring until thickened.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  4. Layer 1/3 of the wafers into the bottom of a 3 qt dish. Top with 1/3 of banana slices and 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat layers once.
  6. Top with remaining wafers and banana slices.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine instant pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk and stir for 2 minutes with wire whisk.
  8. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup marshmallows and cool whip. Pour over bananas.
  9. Sprinkle crushed wafers on top.
  10. Cover and chill.
