Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 bananas cut up
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Splenda to sweeten
DIRECTIONS
  1. put all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker and whiz it until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
  3. BTW I usually have any kind of fruit in my smoothies.
  4. You can put in a fruit you like.
