Banana Split dessert

  • 2 c Crushed Graham crackers
  • ½ c melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ c chocolate syrup
  • 2 c powered sugar
  • ½ c butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 (1lb 4 oz) can crushed, drained pinapple
  • 1 (9oz) container cool whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine crumbs. ½ c butter & 1tbsp sugar. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pat down firmly. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup over crust. Combine powered sugar, ½ c butter. beat until light.
  2. Add eggs, beat until fluffy.
  3. Spread over chocolate syrup.
  4. arrange banana slices over butter and sugar mixture
  5. top with pineapple
  6. cover with cool whip
  7. garnish with cherries and nuts
  8. refrigerate
