Banana Walnut Cupcakes

- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 2.5 tablespoon Natvia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 6 mashed ripe bananas (more if u like)
- 1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (more if u like)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour, Natvia, baking soda, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt
- In a separate bowl mash bananas. Add egg and melted butter.
- Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
- Add walnuts
- Spoon into a lined cupcake tray
- Bake at 180 C for 20 mins
- Once ready remove and allow to cool

- You can substitute walnuts with pecans.
