Banana cake

- 2 1/2 c cake flour
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 2 1/4 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/4 c smashed banana
- 2/3 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together the butter and bananas
- Add the buttermilk and eggs
- Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into the batter
- Pour into a 9x12 baking pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
