Banana french toast superseed smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 1 min
  • Servings: 2
  • Preparation Time: 2 min
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of a superseed (I used a blend of ground flax, chia, hemp and coconut)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (works best with vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 cups of almond milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. I use a vitamix.
  2. Serve immediately.

This is a very smooth, nutty smoothie. It's great for mornings or an afternoon pick me up.
