Bananas & Cheesecake Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup nonfat sour cream
- 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon fat-free (skim) milk
- 3 packets of sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg (optional)
- 3 medium bananas, unpeeled
DIRECTIONS
- Place all the ingredients (except for the nutmeg and bananas) in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth
- Take 2 tablespoons of the mix and place into small plastic container. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional). Cover the containers and put into the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, peel the bananas and dip the bananas into the sauce
