Bananna bread
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 lg. bananas (mashed with a fork)
  • 2 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts OR chocolate
  • mini morsels
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan (9x5x3 inch).
  3. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients, Bisquick and sugar; set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix oil, vanilla and eggs together with a fork; add to dry ingredients and mix again for 1 minute using a fork.
  5. Add mashed bananas and walnuts or chocolate mini morsels; beat vigorously for 1 minute.
  6. Pour into loaf pan; bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (55 to 65 minutes).
  7. Remove from oven; run butter knife around sides of loaf in pan.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
