Bandito Chicken
  • 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • Salt,Pepper, Cajun seasoning,Garlic Powder to taste
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Butter Flavored Crisco to fry this in
  • 1 /2 cups Salsa
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
  1. Rinse chicken.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder or any seasonings you like.
  3. Combine flour and bread crumbs together.
  4. Dredge chicken in Italian crumb/flour mixture.
  5. Fry in a skillet with butter flavored Crisco until golden and cooked through.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Top with sharp cheddar and salsa.
  8. Drizzle with Cajun ranch dressing.
