Barbecue Pulled Pork on a Biscuit

  • 1 Boston Butt Pork Roast, boneless
  • Your favorite barbecue sauce
  1. Prepare the pork roast by seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic. If you have a crock pot, that is what it will be cooked in, if not, put in a baking pan and baked it or an iron skillet. Preheat oven to instructions on the biscuit container. Once cooked, drain some of the oils from the roast, use forks to tear up the meat. Add barbecue sauce. Once biscuits are cooked, top with butter separate each biscuit and add pulled pork to biscuit making a sandwich.
I love using my crock pot, it's more the ease of use for me. Just put whatever you are cooking and leave it!
