Barbecue shrimp

  • 16 jumbo shrimp with heads and unpeeled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-1/14 to 1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cubed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Step 1-In a large skillet combine shrimp, lemon juice, black peppers, Creole seasoning, garlic and Worcestershire. Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute a side.
  2. Step 2-Take shrimp out of pan.
  3. Step 3- reduce heat to medium low and add butter to pan and stir constantly.
  4. Step 4- remove skillet from heat.
  5. Step 5-Pour sauce over shrimp.
  6. Step 6- Enjoy.
