Barbecued Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs. fresh shrimp, unpeeled
- 2 sticks butter or oleo
- 1/2 lg. bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lemons, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Spread shrimp in a 9 x 13 inch pan; dot all over with butter.
- Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over all.
- Squeeze lemons lightly over the shrimp and drop in pan.
- Add garlic over shrimps.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- Baste frequently.
- Shrimp are done when shells pull away.
- Serving suggestions:
- Steamed rice, green salad and lots of French bread to sop up the juices.
