Barbeque chicken
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 2-1/2 to 3 lb. chickens, half or quarter broilers
  1. Sprinkle the washed and dried chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken skin side down on foil in a broiler pan.
  2. Combine the tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar to make a sauce. Brush the chicken with the sauce.
  3. Broil in a preheated broiler for 30 minutes on each side. Brush with sauce occasionally.
