Basic Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • 1 large Egg -- beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Onion -- chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper -- freshly ground
  • 1 clove Garlic -- minced very fine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt & pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well using hands. Form meatballs using a cookie scoop, or a teaspoon and your
  3. hands.
  4. Meatballs may be fried or baked for immediate use, or placed on a baking sheet
  5. and frozen; remove meatballs from baking sheet once completely frozen and place in a zip
  6. baggie for storage until needed.
  7. Label and store in freezer up to 3 months.
