Basil Garlic Ribeye
  • Ribeye steak
  • Soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Basil
  • Garlic butter
  1. Marinate ribeye steak with soysauce, pepperm olive oil and garlic over night. Be careful not to make the mix too salty.
  2. Before grilling or sauteeing insert whole basil leaves into the steak
  3. Grill each side 4-5 minutes.
  4. Before serving add garlic butter to the top of the steak. You can place a piece of tin foil on top of the steak to allow it to melt.
