Bean Sprout Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbls oil
- 1 Tbls soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz can french style green beans, drained
- 14 oz can bean sprouts, washed and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento
DIRECTIONS
- Directions:
- Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, soy sauce and salt. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. Cool. Combine the vegetables and pour the dressing over. Toss gently to blend. Refrigerate for 24 hours or longer.
