Bean Sprout Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbls oil
  • 1 Tbls soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 16 oz can french style green beans, drained
  • 14 oz can bean sprouts, washed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento

  2. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, soy sauce and salt. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally. Cool. Combine the vegetables and pour the dressing over. Toss gently to blend. Refrigerate for 24 hours or longer.
