Beans and Rice

- 1-2 Pound bag pinto beans
- 1 Bag white rice
- 4 Chicken bouillon cubes
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Soak beans overnight and then discard water and rinse beans. Cook at low boil for 3 hours. Cook rice as described on package with 4 bouillon cubes. Mix beans and rice, salt and pepper.
