Becky's Shrimp Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Beef Boullion cubes or liquid
- boullion.
- 1 Tbsp. Hot Water (if cubes)
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 Tsp. Sour Cream
- 2/3 Cup finely chopped celery
- 2 finely chopped green onions
- 1 41/4 oz. can of tiny shrimp,
- drained or fresh small shrimp
DIRECTIONS
- Dissolve boullion cubes in water or use 1 Tsp liquid boullion in medium sized bowl. Beat in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in green onions, celery and shrimp. Cover & refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
- Serve as a dip with fresh vegi's (carrots, celery, broccoli or cauliflower) or with wheat thins and trisquits.
