Beef & Chile Tater Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (HOT)
  • 1/4C onion, chopped
  • 2C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag EXTRA CRISPY tater tots
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Combine 1st 4 ingredients.
  3. Grease a 9x11 dish.
  4. Spread tater tots on bottom of dish.
  5. Pour mixture over top of tater tots.
  6. Cover with shredded cheddar.
  7. Add some salt & pepper.
  8. Bake 30-40 minutes.
