Beef Butter Rice
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 (10 oz.) can of Beef Consomme Soup
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Then add the rice and cook in the butter until golden brown.
  3. In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice and soup.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
I had this rice at a friend’s party. It was fantastic and her aunt was kind enough to share her recipe. It’s super easy, but so delicious.
