Beef Butter Rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 (10 oz.) can of Beef Consomme Soup
- 1/2 cup of butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Then add the rice and cook in the butter until golden brown.
- In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice and soup.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
