  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • dash of salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour with a whisk. Cook over low heat for three minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk & broth, whisking constantly. Cook over low heat for 3-5 more minutes until sauce begins to thicken. Season to taste.
