Beef Roast

INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ to- 2½ pound chuck roast
  • 1 can (10¾-ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ package Lipton® onion dry soup mix
  • 1 can regular Coke
  • 4 carrots, halved lengthwise then in thirds
  • 4 red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
  • 2 large onions, quartered
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put soup, soup mix, and Coke in the Nesco®; blend well. Put in roast (without browning but can dredge
  2. in flour to help thicken gravy). Slow cook at 225 degrees for 1hour. Add vegetables then cook 2 to 2½
  3. hours or until tender.
