Beef Roast

INGREDIENTS
- 1½ to- 2½ pound chuck roast
- 1 can (10¾-ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ package Lipton® onion dry soup mix
- 1 can regular Coke
- 4 carrots, halved lengthwise then in thirds
- 4 red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
- 2 large onions, quartered
DIRECTIONS
- Put soup, soup mix, and Coke in the Nesco®; blend well. Put in roast (without browning but can dredge
- in flour to help thicken gravy). Slow cook at 225 degrees for 1hour. Add vegetables then cook 2 to 2½
- hours or until tender.
