Beef Stroganoff

  • Cooking Time: 35
  • 1.5 lbs stew beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 C water
  • 2 T butter
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 lb egg noodles.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare egg noodles according to pkg directions.
  2. Brown beef with butter, add cream of mushroom and water, simmer for 35 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add sour cream immediately.
  4. Serve over egg noodles.
