Beef and Bean Skillet
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can(28oz) baked beans
  • 1/4 C barbecue sauce or ketchup
  • 1 C (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans and barbecue sauce; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook on low untill cheese is melted. 4 servings
  2. I made this the other night and it was very good. My Mom really liked them too! I left the cheese off of half of them and they were just as good as if they had the cheese.
