Beef and Beer Stew (crockpot)

  • Servings: 8- 12
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 2 1/2 to 3 pounds round steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. In slow cooker mix well, beer, onion soup mix and brown gravy mix. In plastic bag shake flour with round steak cubes; transfer steak and excess flour to slow cooker. Stir gently to coat meat with the liquid.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with hot cooked noodles or rice. Serves 8 to 12.
