Beef and Red Bean Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbl chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (8 oz) bad corn chips
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown beef, garlic and onion in large skillet. Drain.
  2. Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder, and oregano.
  3. Grease a large casserole dish.
  4. Add beef mixture, beans and corn chips to casserole dish.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  6. Take off cover and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake another 10 minutes.
