Beef and Red Bean Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbl chili powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans
- 1 (8 oz) bad corn chips
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Brown beef, garlic and onion in large skillet. Drain.
- Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder, and oregano.
- Grease a large casserole dish.
- Add beef mixture, beans and corn chips to casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Take off cover and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake another 10 minutes.
