Beer Bread

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 heaping tablespoons sugar
- 1 12ounce bottle of beer
- 2 tbs milk
- pat of butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and beer.
- Stir VERY well for five minutes until it's smooth and bubble free.
- Pour the batter into greased pan put a pat of butter on top of loaf and put in oven and bake in oven for one hour.
- Makes one 9x15 loaf
