Beer Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 heaping tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12ounce bottle of beer
  • 2 tbs milk
  • pat of butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and beer.
  4. Stir VERY well for five minutes until it's smooth and bubble free.
  5. Pour the batter into greased pan put a pat of butter on top of loaf and put in oven and bake in oven for one hour.
  6. Makes one 9x15 loaf
